usage method:

(1) Used for various wood, veneer and wallpaper furniture surface coating.

(2) UV paint belongs to the single-component solvent-free paint, and the viscosity of the paint will be relatively large, especially in low temperature. In the process of use, water bath heating can be adopted to make the paint thinner, so as to facilitate equipment construction.

(3) The water temperature of the coating surface paint should not be too high, 50~60°Cin summer and about 70°Cin winter.

(4) Dilution ratio: spray products add 10%~20% UV special diluent, roller coating or dip coating products generally do not need to be diluted.

matters need attention:

(1) UV paint is a photosensitive paint and should avoid direct sunlight during transportation and use.

(2) The monomer in UV paint has certain irritation to human skin, and should be washed clean with soap water immediately after contact.

(3) The spray type matte clear paint requires the coating amount to be consistent each time, otherwise the gloss will change; after spraying, it must be passed in the 50°Cinfrared leveling machine for more than 5 minutes, and then pass the ultraviolet light, otherwise it is easy to cause the paint film cracking in the future.

(4) UV paint belongs to high solid paint, and the single coating should not be too thick.

Packaging and storage:

20KG iron can packaging, store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The shelf life is one year from the date of production.
