(1) UV transparent primer series products are suitable for the primer coating of various solid wood, veneer and sticker furniture, bamboo wood floor.

(2) UV paint belongs to the single-component solvent-free paint, and the viscosity of the paint will be relatively large, especially in low temperature. In the process of use, water bath heating can be adopted to make the paint thinner, so as to facilitate equipment construction work.

(3) The water temperature of the coating primer should not be too high, 50~60°Cin summer and about 70°Cin winter.

(4) Dilution ratio: spray products add 10%~20% UV special diluent, roller coating or dip coating products generally do not need to be diluted.

matters need attention:

(1) Because UV paint is a photosensitive paint, it should be avoided from direct sunlight during transportation and use.

(2) Because the monomer in UV paint has certain irritation to human skin, it should be washed clean with soap water immediately after contact.

(3) After spraying the primer series, it must be passed through the 50°Cinfrared leveling machine for more than 3~5 minutes, and then pass ultraviolet light, otherwise it is easy to cause cracking of the paint film in the future.

(4) The single coating amount should not be too thick, especially the first coating amount should be controlled in 80~100g/m²

Packaging and storage:

20KG iron can packaging, store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The shelf life is one year from the date of production.
