Drying method:
It can be dried at room temperature (temperature 5-40°℃, humidity less than 80%). When the temperature is too low and the humidity is too high, heating drying can be adopted; infrared heating or microwave drying can be used in production line.
matters need attention:
1. The environment must be kept clean, the wood surface should reach the standard moisture content, no dust, grease, and other dirt, spray gun, brush, and other tools should be cleaned with water before construction;
2, to be diluted with clean tap water, if there are impurities in the water they should be filtered clean;
3. Stir evenly before use, and let the diluted paint stand for 15 minutes to eliminate bubbles. During construction, stir evenly every hour to avoid sedimentation;
4. The amount of construction coating should not exceed 120g/㎡. If the coating is too thick, it may lead to slow drying, poor hardness, poor adhesion, and other disadvantages;
5, the recoating time should be more than 4 hours (depending on the environmental temperature, humidity and paint film thickness), based on the actual drying;
