matters need attention:
(1) When the construction environment is hot and humid, spraying nitrocellulose paint can easily result in "whitening." In such cases, the factory's bleaching water can be used, with its usage not exceeding 15% of the thinner. If the paint film still whitens within this range, spraying should be stopped until the environment allows for resumption. Adding too much will only slow down the drying process and make the paint film softer.
(2) When using matte paint, the paint must be thoroughly mixed after opening the can. Stir once for each use to maintain a uniform gloss effect.
(3) Nitrocellulose colored surface paint, pay attention to the uniform color. Pay attention to the interval time of each layer of coating.
(4) Nitrocellulose paint is a natural drying type of coating. Do not apply other reactive coatings on the upper layer, otherwise it may cause unpredictable serious defects such as biting, cracking and wrinkling.
(5) After painting, the paint should be filtered with 120-200# gauze, and then left for 20 minutes before spraying.
